2nd Shift Pneumatics Tester

Overview HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Pneumatics Tester to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is meticulous and technically minded to work hands-on with aviation components in a fast-paced, FAA-regulated environment. This position is for the second shift, Monday through Thursday from 2pm until midnight. Responsibilities Conduct functional and pressure testing on pneumatic components. Test, troubleshoot, and verify the functionality of aircraft pneumatic components, such as valves, regulators, actuators, and other related systems. Operate manual and automated test equipment, analyze test data, and ensure that all components meet performance and safety standards before being approved for return to service. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Maintain general upkeep of testing equipment and provide test reports. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
