Job Summary
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and love the automotive world? Quality Automotive and Tire is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team.
As the main point of contact for customers needing maintenance or repairs, you will ensure a seamless and positive service experience while supporting our skilled technicians. Compensation
Salary: $55,000 – $80,000 per year
(Depending on experience, performance bonuses , and commission eligibility)
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, listening to their vehicle concerns
- Clearly explain recommended services, repairs, timelines, and estimates
- Write detailed and accurate service orders using Tekmetric service software
- Coordinate with technicians and manage repair order flow
- Provide timely updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle needs
- Handle cash, invoices, and payments accurately
- Maintain organized service records and promote excellent customer experiences

What We’re Looking For Required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service department
- Good communication and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred
- Prior experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor
- Mechanical understanding of vehicle systems
- Dealership or service shop experience
- Familiarity with service management software
