Occupational Therapist
Gilbert, Arizona 

APN Staffing is  NOW hiring for our client in Gilbert, Arizona.  School Occupational Therapist  is a contract long-term position three days a week with a very flexible part-time schedule. 

Hourly rate of pay is $65.93

General Job Duties:

Lead the process in development, implementation, and coordination of the occupational school therapy program
Screen, evaluate, the educational school program, transition planning, therapeutic intervention, and exit planning for students identified with or suspected of having disabilities that interfere with their
ability to perform daily life activities
Develop individualized programming based on occupational performance deficits in the areas of personal care, student role, interaction skills, process skills and play 
Review outcome and modify intervention programs

General Job Requirements:

Successfully completed and graduated from an accredited occupational therapy professional program recognized by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and have completed all
fieldwork requirements
Experience as an occupational therapist, preferably in school system and/or other pediatric practice setting
Current license by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy \nCompany Description
