Attorneys with this background are consistently sought after by law firms ranging from regional practices to national and Am Law firms, with compensation generally ranging from $200,000 to $450,000+ depending on experience, firm size, and practice focus.

• 2–8 years of commercial real estate transactional experience

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, financing, and joint venture transactions

• Experience representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, private equity sponsors, REITs, or institutional clients preferred

• Experience reviewing title, survey, zoning, and due diligence matters

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, development agreements, and related transaction documents

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage transactions and work directly with clients

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Florida bar admission preferred or ability to become admitted

Compensation ranging from $200,000–$450,000+
