This includes event planning and execution, candidate pipeline development, marketing and branding related activities, planning and participating in the interview process, building of interview schedules, candidate communication and relationship building, and all conversion activities. You will work with the office Recruiting Managing Director and Partners (RPs), Recruiting Directors (RDs), recruiting directors at BCG core schools, and regional recruiting teams to lead and execute the annual Consulting Team recruiting pipeline across OneBCG: entry-level consulting from both campus and experienced hire pools, as well as support Experienced Hire, Digital, and Analytics recruiting efforts for the Washington D.C. office.You're Good AtManage logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of the recruiting process from marketing and events planning, through screening, interviewing, and conversion, including conversion/welcome weekends and the summer intern programManage communication between the regional team and office leadership, ensuring streamlined recruitment processes and strategic alignmentCo-own interview schedules throughout the year (interviewer swaps, candidate communication, email logistics)Team with the broader Talent Acquisition team on the office recruiting process across OneBCGParticipate in management of the office's recruiting cadre commitments and performance tracking processes (staff North America events and interviews with the right mix of consulting staff, ensure commitments are upheld, manage swap process, etc.)Cultivate relationships with candidates, following up with all inquiries while developing BCG presence and positive experiences; cultivate relationships with campus career services, developing BCG's brand on campusCollect and analyze information and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts, providing valuable input aimed at continuously improving our recruiting efforts; monitor and analyze the competitive environmentDrive conversion activities for offerees (ideation, planning, execution)Participate in management of the office Associate and Consultant summer internship programs, including coordination and execution of orientation, case staffing, performance feedback, affiliation events, and conversion effortsEnsure recruiting records, global database, and metrics are up to date and accurateUse the database and other tools to manage data and generate correspondence, reports, interview and event invitationsLead and execute strategic projects as neededWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree required2-4 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant experience requiredExperience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organizationFlexibility and some travel required, particularly around peak recruiting season and planning weeks; Attendance at key evening and weekend events requiredKey competencies:High customer service and relationship orientation - strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly responsive, want to deliver great results at all times, able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization and candidatesExcellent time and project management skills. You'll work with the other Talent Acquisition team members to back each other up and help each other out when things get extra busy or when someone is out of the office. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and troubleshooting and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.Compensation Information:Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.The base salary range for this role is $79,000-$98,000 (USD).This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range.
