Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Bremerton, WA

Assignment Duration: This is a long-term contract position with an expectation of 40 hours per week.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts from 10:00 AM to 6:50 PM.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate should possess experience in outpatient settings, as well as a strong commitment to patient care. You will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients, working collaboratively with a skilled healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient orthopedic environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients per day.
• Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and ensure optimal recovery.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Adhere to applicable policies and procedures regarding clinic operations and patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Washington.
• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• No travel team or float to other clinics required.
• First time travelers are welcome to apply; new graduates will not be considered.
