Dental Receptionist - Modern Care Endodontics

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our amazing team! You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our beautiful, modern practice. We provide excellent care, utilize the latest technology and techniques, and enjoy what we do. We're looking to expand our team with someone who shares our passion for creating a positive patient experience.


Schedule: Full Time, 4 days a week, no evenings or weekends!!


Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this role is $18-$21 per hour.
