Clinical Coordinator - PACU - Days

Role Providing clinical leadership and operational coordination for perioperative services Overseeing daily workflow, staffing, resource management, and interdisciplinary collaboration Coordinating patient flow and department throughput Supporting staff development, orientation, and competency initiatives Participating in quality and performance improvement activities Ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and professional standards Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care Managing supplies and equipment availability Serving as a clinical resource and direct patient care provider as needed Location Arlington Heights Type Full-Time Hours 8a to 5:30p, Monday to Friday Responsibilities Include Providing clinical leadership and operational coordination for perioperative services Overseeing daily workflow, staffing, resource management, and interdisciplinary collaboration Coordinating patient flow and department throughput Supporting staff development, orientation, and competency initiatives Participating in quality and performance improvement activities Ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and professional standards Collaborating with surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care Managing supplies and equipment availability Serving as a clinical resource and direct patient care provider as needed Qualifications ADN required; BSN preferred Valid IL RN License and BLS certification from the American Heart Association Experience in peri-anesthesia, OR, or critical care preferred Leadership or charge nurse experience advantageous Strong critical thinking, team-building, communication, and leadership skills Competency in caring for patients across all age groups within the specialty Key Skills Leadership, teamwork, clinical expertise, communication, resource management, quality improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr DayToDay Health
