Located in the rolling hills of Lake County, the award-winning Mission Resort features deluxe accommodations, four distinct restaurants, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a luxury spa, and a wide range of recreational activities. As part of MMI Hotel Group, a company with over 69 years of hospitality excellence, Mission Resort is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Banquets team. As Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our resort facilities. From routine maintenance to repair tasks, your expertise helps ensure our guests enjoy a flawless and memorable experience. In this role, you will: Perform general maintenance tasks Complete preventative maintenance duties to support facility upkeep and equipment performance Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Read and interpret specifications and work orders to complete assignments accurately Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and guest safety are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance equipment Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance requests promptly Follow resort safety protocols and ensure compliance with operational standards Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We’re looking for candidates with: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest service Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Has basic electrical and plumbing skills Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Capable of lifting and transporting maintenance materials and tools Required to lift up to 50lb If you're a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a dynamic resort environment, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with Mission Resort + Club.
