Prepares monthly journal entries and monthly account reconciliations. Provides assistance to internal/external auditors and accountants. Essential Functions Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other special reports. Prepares and maintains detailed documentation for external auditors and internal use, as well as participates in audits with internal/external parties. Performs general ledger duties. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Prepares regular and ad hoc reports, performs analysis of data and provides summary information regarding relevant accounting data. Manage all accounting transactions, prepare budget forecasts, process periodic closings, assisting preparing data for financial statements.
