Select candidates will be invited to attend one of our upcoming scheduled open calls.* Prior fine dining experience* A strong sense of presence, emotional intelligence, and an eye for detail* Individuals who lead with kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect, and who value a collective performance**Responsibilities*** Guide Members and guests through their meal with warm, attentive hospitality* Maintain complete command of culinary and beverage menus, including ingredients, sides, presentation, and allergens* Take Member and guest food and beverage orders, using salesmanship to make recommendations and upsell when appropriate* Resolve guest concerns by finding a way to say yes, involving the Manager on Duty as needed* Anticipate and fulfill a wide range of Member and guest needs, both food and beverage and beyond* Execute proper steps of service, including table maintenance and resetting, with efficiency, speed, and grace* Perform all routine and assigned opening, closing, and side work* Provide attentive, professional, and welcoming service to an assigned section, assisting coworkers in other sections as needed* Uphold the team's high standards of service, cleanliness, and appearance* Champion excellence through service and world-class hospitality* Champion the values, mission, and standards of CORE: New York*Open calls are by invitation only.*If you are excited to contribute to the experiences that define CORE: New York, and to grow within our community, we look forward to meeting you.If you or someone within your network is interested, please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
