This position is responsible for extracting information from quoting systems and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights that support customer renewals, quoting activities, and revenue analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and data security. Key Responsibilities Collect, validate, and cleanse inventory and pricing data from multiple sources. Review sales contracts and related documentation for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate records and documentation of inventory and renewal information. Analyze collected data and present findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly format. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and best practices. Monitor and identify trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
