Our Installation Laborers are responsible for the delivery, construction and installation of premium fences, pergolas, mailbox and lantern posts, playsets, and other outdoor structures. This entry level position will work directly with the Crew Lead to ensure successful construction of assigned projects and customer satisfaction. Duties/Responsibilities Provide the Foreman with assistance with preparation for installations Read and understand paperwork Gather materials & tools Load and unload trucks Prepare the work area by clearing debris, marking boundaries, and assessing the terrain for potential challenges or obstacles Truck maintenance Assist with installation of Company products and according to specifications and safety guidelines Prepare job sites by gathering necessary tools and materials Measure and lay out jobs properly Maintain tools and regularly clean them Providing proper use and care for special equipment Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on existing products Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries on the job site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools and materials.
