We are seeking a true expert in HubSpot implementation to support client engagements and configure state-of-the-art Customer Experience (CX) Systems. As a Solutions Architect, you’ll support our implementation team with the system discovery process, crafting the ideal HubSpot‑centered system, configuring it to specification, and supporting stakeholders for successful operation. Your expertise will align CRM, marketing, sales, and CX systems, delivering essential lead intelligence and creating an unparalleled buying experience for our clients.

In This Role, You Will:

• Extract and develop user stories from client meetings, translating them into functional requirements for HubSpot and related platforms.
• Learn how to create detailed build plans that meet deadlines and stay within scope, including deliverables such as architecture maps and ERDs.
• Work cross‑functionally in a team setting to service enterprise‑level clients effectively.
• Assess marketing, sales, and service requirements, current tech stacks, and business objectives to define optimal system configurations.
• Learn how to map out future state processes and customer journeys to implement HubSpot effectively across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations).
• Handle complex HubSpot configuration tasks, including data capture, automation engineering, CRM setup, and user adoption strategies.
• Develop sophisticated nurture campaigns to boost engagement and support demand generation measurement.
• Streamline data flow through an integrated marketing, sales, and service strategy, enhancing lead intelligence for more effective prospect conversations.
• Optimize lead hand‑offs and nurturing processes using automation and data capture techniques across all HubSpot hubs.
• Make extensive use of HubSpot reporting and analytics tools, including datasets and attribution, to enhance client insights.

Technical Competencies:

• Relevant HubSpot certifications across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations).
• Foundation in HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and service platforms.
• Proficiency in configuring technology to meet technical requirements.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, and ETL solutions like Skyvia, Hightouch, or Zapier is advantageous.

• Desire to develop client‑facing abilities and skills in managing stakeholder alignment in enterprise environments.
• Desire to learn how lead discovery sessions and extract key information from client meetings.
• Command conversations and hold project contributors accountable across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in HubSpot implementation and client service.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven HubSpot expertise across all hubs with a track record of consultative success for enterprise clients.
• Exceptional communication skills and adept task prioritization abilities in complex project environments.
