Client Success Specialist — Group Insurance

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Client Services Specialist to be the primary contact for small group employer clients and brokers. You will own client inquiries and guide them to resolution, handling inbound calls and progressing to email/web chat as you gain experience. You will research requests, coordinate with internal teams, and build relationships to deliver service excellence while learning the foundations of group insurance for future growth opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sun Life
