$200k – $230k Base + Bonus | Project Executive | Ground-Up Luxury Residential | Jersey City Senior leadership role on a flagship ground-up luxury rental development in Jersey City Direct ownership-side position Full oversight from pre-construction through delivery High-visibility project with long-term pipeline beyond the initial build We see this suiting a commercially sharp Senior Project Manager or Project Executive who has delivered large-scale residential projects and wants full ownership-side responsibility. This is not a coordination role, it’s end-to-end leadership across one of the firm’s key developments. The project is a high-end, ground-up rental building within a broader, well-funded pipeline. The business operates as an owner/developer, so the role sits close to decision-making, capital, and long-term asset strategy, not just delivery. Day-to-day, the role leads pre-construction, budgeting, and procurement strategy, oversees the GC and consultant teams, manages programme, cost, and risk, and ensures delivery aligns with ownership expectations. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership, with real influence over how the project is executed from start to finish.
