Position Details:

• Outreach clinic responsibilities
• Three state-of-the-art EP labs, including two biplane EP labs
• CARTO, EnSite, and Rhythmia mapping systems as well as Cryoablation
• Farapulse PFA
• CRM: Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and Abbott
• Hybrid lab available for EP procedures
• Very active clinical EP research program: Platinum research site and Center of Training for Boston Scientific
• EPIC EMR
• Five EP providers, 16 Cardiologist and Interventional Cardiologist
• EP Director: Dr. Ziad Issa

Position Highlights:

• Work alongside experts in general, interventional, and structural cardiology, plus electrophysiology

Requirements:

• Unrestricted Illinois medical license and DEA (prior to start)
• BE/BC in Cardiovascular Disease
• Visa status: H1B supported; J1 ineligible

Pay Range: $745,000.00 - $942,854.00

Core Function: Provider Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications:

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations:

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
