GroundskeeperDedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall condition of outdoor areas. Skilled in landscaping, lawn care, and equipment operation to ensure grounds are clean, attractive, and well-maintained year-round.Key Responsibilities:Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, and wateringPlant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscaping elementsRemove weeds, debris, and litter from grounds and walkwaysOperate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowersPerform seasonal tasks including leaf removal, mulching, and basic snow/ice removal (if applicable)Monitor irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedulesAssist with minor repairs to fences, walkways, and outdoor structuresEnsure grounds are safe and free of hazards for guests, staff, and visitorsFollow all safety procedures and guidelinesQualifications:Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferredAbility to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectivelyBasic knowledge of plants, lawn care, and irrigation systemsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical laborWork Environment:Primarily outdoors in varying weather conditionsMay require early mornings, weekends, or seasonal overtimeSkills:Reliability and strong work ethicTeamwork and communicationProblem-solving and initiativeAttention to detail
