What You'll Do

* Utilize our unique platform alongside your network to identify prospective healthcare candidates

* Engage potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest

* Schedule appointments between prospective candidates and our recruiters for detailed evaluations

* Keep in touch with leads to nurture interest and facilitate their hiring journey

* Ensure precise and timely record-keeping in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires facilitated by your leads
