Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough intake services for clients and coordinating their next steps with our dedicated Coordinated Entry and System Navigation staff. You will collaborate with other organizations to ensure a comprehensive support network while utilizing the Clarity HMIS for effective Database Management. Additionally, you will participate in required training and networking meetings, enriching your knowledge and skills. Regular attendance at staff meetings will keep you informed about organizational policies and procedures, ensuring that you remain aligned with our mission. What you need to be successful To excel as a Full-Time Social Services Assistant focusing on Coordinated Entry, a specific set of skills and qualifications is essential.
