As a Server , you'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while providing friendly service and building genuine connections with our residents.
What You'll Do
- Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist with dining room set-up, clean-up, and restocking.
- Support community events and special dining experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
- Work alongside the dining team to provide an excellent experience for our residents.
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person .
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in serving older adults.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Availability to work both morning and evening shifts , including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Dependable and ready to provide friendly, attentive service.
