Technical Program Manager

Technical Program Manager (Onsite – Foster City, CA) Contract through July 29, 2026 HireArt supporting an autonomous ride‑hailing company Source One Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support an innovative autonomous vehicle company through HireArt. This onsite role is ideal for someone who excels at driving complex engineering programs across software, hardware, data infrastructure, and operations teams. In this role, you'll lead cross‑functional program execution, manage delivery timelines, coordinate engineering and operational readiness, and ensure critical reliability initiatives stay on track. Responsibilities Drive execution across multiple engineering workstreams with competing priorities and dependencies. Lead program cadences including standups, cross‑functional meetings, deployment readiness reviews, and documentation reviews. Coordinate with Data Engineering teams on infrastructure deliverables, schema migrations, data pipelines, and platform integrations. Partner with Operations teams to ensure deployment readiness, including playbooks, workflows, and fleet response documentation. Track project milestones, KPIs, risks, and overall program health using Jira and related project management tools. Identify and elevate risks, remove blockers, and drive timely issue resolution. Prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, manage action items, and ensure follow‑through. Provide executive‑ready program updates, milestone reporting, and risk assessments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. 4–6 years of Technical Program Management experience in complex hardware/software environments. Experience managing cross‑functional engineering programs involving hardware, software, data infrastructure, and operations. Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools. Familiarity with SQL, schema design, ETL workflows, or related data concepts. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive accountability across multiple teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in autonomous vehicles, automotive, aerospace, or related industries. Knowledge of reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, FMEA, or failure mode analysis. Experience with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, or similar data platforms. Familiarity with SAP Field Service Management or similar field service systems. Fully onsite in Foster City, CA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
