- Handle a broad mix of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
- Support and lead deal execution, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
- Work on complex ownership structures, including joint ventures and equity arrangements
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, client communication, and issue resolution
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other deal participants
- Strong foundation in commercial real estate transactions
- Experience working on complex deals with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage matters with increasing independence
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Approximately 6+ years of relevant real estate transactional experience
- Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, and financing
- Exposure to joint ventures, preferred equity, or similar ownership structures is strongly preferred
- Background working with a range of asset types, including commercial and mixed-use projects
- Prior experience in a law firm environment preferred
- Active MA bar admission in good standing, or ability to waive in
