Details Acute care unit in a hospital setting with 24 beds Patient ratios of 6-7:1 No unit secretary or tech support available on the unit Standard Med/Surg equipment used Cerner EMR used for documentation Schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM-7:15 AM) Floating is rare Serves an affluent community with concierge-level service expectations Minor procedures performed on the unit Requirements Active RN license (NC or Compact) BLS certification required ACLS and CPI certifications preferred Care of geriatric patients or past inpatient rehab (swing bed) experience required Advanced wound care skills needed 1 year of recent experience in telemetry/acute care specialty required No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Deliver telemetry-level nursing care within an acute care setting Provide care to a geriatric and swing bed patient population with wound care needs Uniform dress code required: all navy scrubs or navy top with white bottoms Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted American Traveler Job ID P-724009.
