NICU Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU, including high-risk delivery experience and proficiency with ventilators. We do consider candidates with 2 years of experience, provided they demonstrate a strong skill set.Contract DetailsStart Date: 11/30 - HARD START, NO EXCEPTIONSContract Length: 15 weeksShift: Night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00 - 07:30)Unit Census: Average of 10 patientsBed Capacity: 23 bedsPatient Ratios: 1 nurse for every 3 patientsWeekend Shifts: 4 shifts (Friday/Saturday)Scrubs Required: Royal BluePatient PopulationThe primary focus will be on neonatal patients requiring specialized care in a high-acuity environment.Required Skills and CertificationsExperience with ventilatorsAHA Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) CertificationSTABLE CertificationAdditional RequirementsMust be willing to float to other areas as needed.Any requested time off (RTO) must be included in the application and cannot be modified once submitted.No RTO is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment.If you meet the qualifications and are eager to make a difference in the lives of our smallest patients, we encourage you to apply.Client Details State CA
