Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team in West Finley, PA. If you have a passion for electrical systems and enjoy solving complex problems in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the efficiency and safety of our operations.
Responsibilities- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Program and maintain PLC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Assist in the training of junior staff and apprentices as needed.

Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
Mechanical troubleshooting skills to address a variety of equipment issues.
Experience with PLC programming and maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work are a plus.
- Essential Functions
Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as schedule requires
Must be able to work a shift rotation
Must be able to work safely and effectively as part of a team or independently
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
This position is defined by the Dictionary of Occupational Titles as a heavy job category and must be able to lift, carry, pull/push, climb, shovel, walk, pry, work on/near moving equipment and perform any job specific activity as required by job assignment
Must possess effective critical thinking and comprehension skills
You should be proficient in:
- Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- PLC Programming Experience
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
