The selected candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team on a variety of water, wastewater, and civil engineering projects. Duties and Responsibilities Address environmental challenges such as water and air pollution, waste disposal, and public health issues. Apply advanced principles of biology, chemistry, and environmental science to protect natural resources, wildlife, and human health. Inspect and evaluate industrial and municipal facilities to assess compliance with environmental regulations. Collaborate with environmental scientists, planners, hazardous waste technicians, engineers, and other specialists to develop effective solutions to environmental problems. Travel to project locations as required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Environmental Engineering, Civil & Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Willingness and ability to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and time management skills. Valid driver’s license in good standing. Legal authorization to work in the United States without delay. Additional Information Cosmos has offices located in Akron, Cleveland, Harrisburg, Louisville, and Pittsburgh.
