Job Summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team and deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, restore function, and achieve optimal independence through evidence-based rehabilitation practices.

The Physical Therapist practices within the professional scope defined by the Georgia Physical Therapy Act , collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that support recovery and maximize functional outcomes.

In this role, the Physical Therapist plans, implements, and evaluates therapeutic interventions for patients referred to the Physical Therapy Department at Grady. Care is provided to adult and geriatric patients , ensuring treatment plans are tailored to each patient's clinical needs, goals, and functional abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) required
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist in the State of Georgia , with proof of Georgia licensure required at the commencement of employment
• American Heart Association (AHA) CPR Certification required
