Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Specialized In-Home Care

Location: Spencer, IA

Position Type: Part-Time / In-Home Care

Shift Details:

• Weekday Evenings: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2 hours per evening)

• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, every other Saturday & Sunday 

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized, one-on-one in-home care for a specific client. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, direct patient care with a predictable part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene).

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.

• Provide companion care and respectful, attentive support during visits.

• Document client condition and report any changes to the care management team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Active CNA state license/certification in good standing.

• Experience: Previous experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred.

• Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screen.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and highly dependable.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay Rate:$24-$26/hr
