We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to support the upkeep, repair, and smooth operation of our facility and equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in solving problems, working safely, and helping maintain a clean, functional, and efficient environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and general repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC issues as assigned. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and document work completed. Assist with installations, adjustments, and replacement of parts or equipment. Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance areas in an organized and safe condition. Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Support facility cleanliness and operational readiness as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on role preferred. Working knowledge of general building systems, repair techniques, and preventive maintenance practices. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
