Swaps Compliance Testing Manager

A leading global investment bank is seeking a Manager Compliance Testing to support its Swap Dealer and Derivatives Compliance program within Global Banking & Markets. This role is 3 days in office. Key Responsibilities Execute and oversee compliance testing covering CFTC Swap Dealer, SEC Security-Based Swap Dealer, and Futures regulations. Assess regulatory compliance, identify control gaps, and escalate findings to senior management. Prepare testing workpapers, reports, and support remediation and validation efforts. Lead testing engagements and serve as a key contact for swap dealer compliance reviews. Partner with Compliance Advisory and business stakeholders to strengthen testing methodology and governance frameworks. Qualifications Experience in compliance testing, audit, or regulatory compliance within capital markets. Strong knowledge of swap dealer, derivatives, or futures regulatory frameworks.
