Quantity Surveyor - Energy & Natural Resources - NEC3/4 Full-time Department: Energy and Natural Resources The Cost Management team in Glasgow is undergoing a period of growth. Due to increased client demand, we are looking to expand our current capability and invite aspiring and current Cost Managers to join an innovative and dynamic team working on industry-leading Energy projects. We offer hybrid working and consider part‑time applications. Responsibilities Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies. Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget. Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner. Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs and objectives, including programme performance, cost control and value engineering. Manage contract change effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice. Drive improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budget. Qualifications Experience working within the renewables sector, hydrogen, carbon capture. Degree or HNC level qualification. Knowledge of NEC 3 / 4.
