Technical and Paraprofessional (Finance) The major goals of Dr. Sami Noujaim's laboratory are to investigate the mechanisms and therapeutics of cardiac arrhythmias and to understand the possible cardiotoxic effects of vaping products. The research programs of the Noujaim lab are funded by the National Institutes of Health and the American Heart Association. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and collaborative applicant who can efficiently work with a high level of independence. Ability to think critically and write academically are expected. Incumbent in this position will report to Dr. Noujaim and will be responsible for conducting research in cardiac electrophysiology and function. Minimum Qualifications This position requires a minimum of a Master's degree in biomedical engineering or equivalent and laboratory research experience. Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree.
