We are looking for a compassionate, collaborative, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA therapy team in Fayetteville, NC.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA at EMG, you will oversee an assigned caseload and provide clinical leadership to the team supporting each client.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage and provide clinical oversight for an assigned ABA caseload
• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and skill acquisition programs
• Review and analyze client data and make data-driven treatment modifications
• Monitor client progress and provide clinical recommendations
• Ensure services are clinically appropriate and consistent with ethical and professional standards

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Support staff in implementing treatment programs with fidelity
• Model effective ABA strategies and clinical decision-making
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical consultations
• Foster a positive, supportive, and professional team culture

Family Collaboration

• Build collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers
• Provide meaningful parent and caregiver training
• Teach practical strategies that families can use across everyday environments
• Communicate client progress and treatment recommendations clearly
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and other service providers when appropriate

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain treatment records in accordance with company, payer, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in authorization and treatment review processes
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable regulations

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a BCBA who is clinically confident, team-oriented, and genuinely passionate about making a difference.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Meets applicable North Carolina credentialing and licensure requirements
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition
• Experience with behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and parent training
• Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Reliable transportation when travel to client locations is required

Preferred Experience:

• Managing an ABA caseload
• Conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
• Parent/caregiver training
• RBT supervision
• Electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems
• Insurance authorizations and payer requirements
