Lead Program Specialist

Overview The TimeClock Plus (TCP) Director oversees the agency's time and attendance system for over 1,600 employees across eight divisions. This position manages the TCP system, coordinates payroll timekeeping activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, MIS, and agency management. The role includes supervising the Timekeeping Support Team and developing procedures to maintain accurate payroll and attendance reporting.
