Responsibilities

• Manage and execute research projects from end-to-end, including survey creation, distribution, data analysis, and reporting
• Communicate with stakeholders to support research initiatives, including follow-ups and responding to inquiries
• Analyze data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators such as revenue and engagement
• Conduct historical data analysis to support forecasting and budgeting efforts
• Document workflows and improve internal processes for efficiency and scalability
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, data quality improvements, and system enhancements
• Provide support for CRM systems, including data management, reporting, troubleshooting, and user support
• Assist with improving overall data infrastructure and contributing to data organization initiatives
• Support cross-functional projects, including event coordination, communications, and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, research, or business operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, or similar) is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and survey tools is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven work independently
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI) is a plus
