We're hiring a Dental Assistant with surgical experience , and we’re looking for someone who knows how to think on their feet, stay two steps ahead, and bring calm to high-stakes procedures.
???? What You'll Actually Do:
- Assist the doctor confidently during surgical procedures — implants, extractions, grafts, and more
- Set up and maintain a sterile field like second nature
- Anticipate what’s needed before it’s said
- Be the patient’s calm in the storm — before, during, and after surgery
- Communicate clearly, follow protocols tightly, and own your role with pride
- Keep the day flowing, the instruments prepped, and the surgical suite one step ahead

- Experienced: 2+ years in dental assisting with surgical experience
- Skilled: Confident with surgical instruments and clinical software
- Calm & Proactive: Thrives under pressure, communicates clearly
