Lead Process Technician Injection Molding

Seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to lead daily operations, optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and support a safe, high-quality production environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily injection molding processes and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Set, align, and secure molds in injection molding machines.
Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
Optimize process parameters and drive continuous improvement.
Train and mentor technicians.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
Partner with Engineering and Production to improve processes and workflows.
Promote a strong safety and quality culture.

Qualifications

5+ years of injection molding processing experience.
Strong knowledge of molding equipment, controls, and processing techniques.
Experience with RJG Decoupled Molding preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Leadership or mentoring experience.
Lean, Six Sigma, or automation experience is a plus.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Schedule: MondayThursday, 410-hour shifts Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
