Schedule & Details:

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM, with alternating weekends

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license with strong experience in Med Surg settings
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical records
• Perm address must be 50+ miles from assignment location
• All stated requirements must be met for consideration

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and deliver high-quality care to adult patients in a busy medical-surgical unit
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions promptly
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and wellness maintenance
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
