Chief Education Policy & Programs Lead (Equity)

Broughton Group

Broughton Group in California is seeking a Chief Policy and Program Officer (CPPO) to lead strategic efforts in reshaping public education. The CPPO will develop and implement evidence-based policies focused on underserved students, advocate for systemic change, and build coalitions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 12 years of experience in education policy, a Bachelor's degree, and a passion for driving change in public education. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
