Sailpoint Engineer

Sailpoint Engineer Greensboro, NC Job Summary The Sailpoint Engineer will develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to automate user access, manage identities, and ensure security compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure IIQ workflows, rules, and connectors
• Integrate IIQ with systems like Active Directory, SAP, HR apps, and cloud

services

• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
• Troubleshoot issues and support IIQ deployments
• Document configurations and processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SailPoint IIQ development experience
• Strong Java and BeanShell programming skills
• Knowledge of IAM concepts (RBAC, access certifications, SSO)
• Experience with LDAP/Active Directory and databases
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• SailPoint certification preferred

Evaluation Criteria

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or cloud IAM
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge (GitHub, Jenkins)
• Security certifications (Security+, etc.)
