Automotive Merchandising Specialist

Job purpose

In this role you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos of vehicles for our online inventory and keeping accurate up to date options of all vehicles ( all locations ) with our inventory management system ( VAuto ) as well as 3rd party vendors that do not accurately syndicate.

Duties and responsibilities

Inventory Photos ( Puyallup )

• Takes photos on site of all Puyallup location vehicles.
• Upload photos to our inventory management system ( VAuto )
• Maintain a 5 day average of vehicle photo and upload completion.
• The majority of vehicles require this position to wash the exterior and vacuum the interior before taking the photos with very few exceptions.
• Every vehicle feature/option must be photographed.
• A minimum requirement of 40 photos per vehicle is required.

Online Merchandising ( All Locations )

• Maintain all vehicle information, options, packages and book values so that they are accurately entered into our inventory management system for syndication.
• Ensure all 3rd party vendors that receive vehicle data via syndication accurately match our inventory management system and update as needed.

Social Content Curation ( Puyallup )

• When the previous responsibilities are 100% complete capture photo/video content of our vehicles at Puyallup location as instructed by Marketing Director.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current, valid Washington State Driver's License
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Previous experience in automotive industry
• Attention to detail
• Team player and ability to work collaboratively

Physical Requirements and Workplace Environment

Position requires regular use of hands and fingers, bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, sitting, walking, and lifting or moving up to 10 pounds. Frequent twisting and lifting/moving up to 25 pounds. Occasional lifting/moving up to 50 pounds may be required at times, but is not routine.
