Certified Medical AssistantJob Type: Full-Time Location: Kirkland, WA (in person) Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Range: $27–$31 per hour + $1,000 Sign-On BonusWe're looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to help keep our clinic running smoothly while delivering a great experience for our patients. In this role, you'll support both our physicians and patients through a mix of clinical and administrative tasks that help ensure high-quality, efficient care.The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys working in a supportive team environment. If you take pride in patient care, enjoy building relationships, and are looking for a clinic where quality of care matters more than rushing from patient to patient, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Do:As a Medical Assistant at Longevity Medical Clinic, you will play a key role in supporting both our physicians and patients.• Performing blood draws, vitals, and lab specimen processing• Assisting with medication start appointments and patient education• Preparing test results and documentation for physicians• Assisting with prescription refill coordination• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments• Managing medication inventory and clinic supplies• Communicating with patients by phone and in person• Troubleshooting lab-related issues with partner labs• Supporting clinic compliance including OSHA standardsRequirementsWhat We're Looking For:• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license in Washington State• 1–2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred• Newer Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply!
