We're currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic therapy team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents’ functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs and functional independence Collaborate with COTAs and other rehab team members to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility and regulatory standards Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and care plans Contribute to discharge planning and recommendations for continued care Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license in Arkansas (or eligible for licensure) CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work PRN hours, including weekends if needed What We Offer Competitive PRN pay rates Supportive team environment Flexible scheduling Opportunity to make a real impact in a close-knit community Why Join Us?
