JOB TITLE: Dental Hygienist. 
Temp to Permanent | 3 Days/Week (Full-Time) | Oak Harbor, WA.

JOB SUMMARY / ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Lemme Dental Studio is a modern, patient-centered dental practice in Oak Harbor, WA, where exceptional care and genuine connection are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a warm, skilled Dental Hygienist to cover a maternity leave of approximately 3 months — with a likelihood of transitioning into a permanent position. At Lemme Dental Studio, full-time is 3 days per week.

If you're the kind of hygienist who remembers a patient's name, picks up on their nerves, and makes them feel genuinely cared for — you'll fit right in. We move efficiently behind the scenes, but our patients feel like they have all the time in the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education.
• Build authentic rapport with patients of all ages and anxiety levels.
• Document charting and clinical notes accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Lemme, Dr. Bast, and the care team.
• Contribute to a calm, welcoming patient experience from check-in to checkout.
• Assist with digital X-rays and other in-office dental technology.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Active Washington State Registered Dental Hygienist license (required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment.
• Genuine passion for patient-centered care.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience in a multi-provider dental practice.
• Familiarity with Invisalign, implant maintenance, or cosmetic dentistry workflows.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Temporary with strong potential for permanent | 3 Days/Week (Full-Time).

LOCATION: 20 SW 8th Ave., Oak Harbor, WA 98277.

HOURS:  Monday–Friday (3 days/week), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
