MIG & TIG Welders We are seeking an experienced welder/fabricator for a 1st shift opportunity. This position requires a skilled individual who can work independently, produce quality welds, and read fabrication requirements accurately. Responsibilities: Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum materials. Grind, fit, and prepare materials for welding and finishing. Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Qualifications: Previous experience with MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum. Ability to properly grind and finish welded components. Ability to read, count, and follow work instructions, prints, and measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Welder Test Requirements: Candidates must successfully complete a weld test consisting of: Butt welds Corner-to-corner welds Welding on thin-gauge sheet metal materials Schedule: 1st Shift Full-time position Compensation: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour Pay based on experience and welding ability Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
