Demonstrates flexibility to float where needed and collaborate with interprofessional teams to support safe, high-quality care. Health and Fitness CenterWhat we're looking for Applicants should have a current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.2-4 Years critical care experience preferred.Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
