Achieve offers live, online instruction, 1-on-1 tutoring and mentoring, and flexible course schedules that empower non-traditional college students to test out of college credits and earn higher level professional licenses.About the roleWe are looking for Assistant Project Managers who will assist in a variety of projects, initiatives, research, audits, and analytics across our departments to support consistent planning and operations.ResponsibilitiesAssisting project managers and functional managers in day-to-day project delivery activitiesEnsuring all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance with the requirementsAssist in the overall planning, tracking, and execution of project activitiesOversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project executionCoordinate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues arising in a projectRegularly report on status, issues, and deliverables of project assignmentsProactively identify opportunities to improve and/or streamline operations and processesAssist in managing the implementation of process improvement projects by utilizing leadership skills and project management methodologies including project planning and issue managementConduct research, analyze information and summarize results/make recommendations on business-related topics, as assignedDesired Skills and ExperienceMust be able to write and speak fluently in EnglishAt least two years of experience in project management or departmental roleRelevant or project management certification (e.g. CAPM) is a plusExperience with Salesforce is a plusExperience with Agile frameworks is a plusMust be highly detail-orientedCommitted to quality while being highly productive and efficient by using excellent time management skillsAbility to develop and maintain productive working relationships with organization management and staffAdvanced proficiency with Google workplace apps -- particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets (or MS Office Suite expertise) and generally technologically savvyJob DetailsType: Full-TimeSchedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business day.Remote: 100% OnlineJ-18808-Ljbffr
