Patient Admissions Representative | Float Team - 14004 US:MI:Menominee | Administrative/Clerical | Part Time Description One scheduled day in Menominee each week, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with variability the remainder of the week supporting other locations up to an hour in travel time. Manages telephone calls and appropriately communicates information with patients, physicians, and staff. Qualifications High school diploma and additional post‑secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred. Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program, computer/keyboarding skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service skills, and decision‑making skills preferred.
