Luxury Travel Planner Elite Lifestyle Management | San Diego, CA | Full time, hybrid About us Elite Lifestyle Management (ELM) is a private lifestyle management firm serving a small membership of high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices. For over a decade, our members have trusted us to manage the details of their lives with discretion, precision, and care. We are a small team with exceptionally high standards, and travel sits at the heart of what our members ask of us. The role You will be ELM's dedicated travel planner, designing and executing travel for our members from first idea to final detail. A member may want a week in the Amalfi Coast, a last-minute trip to Aspen, or a multi-generational journey through Japan. You will own the itinerary: flights, private aviation, hotels and villas, ground transportation, dining, experiences, and the dozens of small decisions that separate a good trip from a flawless one. You will work in close partnership with our lifestyle managers, who own the member relationships and brief you on each trip, and with our overnight travel desk, ensuring members traveling abroad are supported around the clock. Travel is the core of the role, not the whole of it. You will also support member lifestyle requests during your day, from securing a sought after reservation to coordinating with trusted vendors, and you will help keep member travel preferences meticulously documented in our systems so that every future trip starts smarter than the last. What success looks like Members travel without friction. Every confirmation is accurate, every contingency is anticipated, and changes are handled before the member feels them. Lifestyle managers hand you a brief and trust the result completely. Our travel knowledge compounds. Preferences, vendor performance, and trip history are captured so well that any teammate could pick up where you left off. What we're looking for 3+ years planning luxury travel, at a travel advisory, concierge firm, family office, private travel department, or similar Deep working knowledge of luxury hotel programs, private aviation, and high-end DMCs and vendors, with relationships you can bring to bear Experience serving high-net-worth or ultra high-net-worth travelers, with the discretion and judgment that requires Exceptional written communication. Much of our work is conveyed in writing, and it must be polished Calm under pressure and gracious when plans change at 4pm on a Friday Highly organized, systems-minded, and comfortable working in a CRM (we use Salesforce) Located in San Diego Details Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific. Hybrid schedule with two days per week in our San Diego office and three days remote, with occasional flexibility during high travel periods.
